OF JOINING THE SLA CLUB
Before joining the SLA Club, please
read the terms and conditions below.
SLA Club Terms and Conditions
The SLA Club is not open to any websites
that are being paid to host our banners.
Reserved
rights:
-
SLA reserves the right to terminate
a Club account at any time with
immediate effect, and not pay the
commission if it's found that the
referrer is doing any of the bad
things listed below.
-
SLA reserves the right to change
the rate of commission and/or services,
although we will not do so without
giving prior notice to existing
Club Members.
Payment of commission
- SLA
will pay 10% commission on the net
revenue (excludes sales tax, charge
backs or refunds) of our services
identified as resulting from a Club
account link within 60 days of the
referral (a cookie system is used
to track which referrer a customer
comes from, and the cookie is the
only recognized means of identifying
a referral).
-
Payments will be made within 30
days of the end of each calendar
quarter.
-
Payment will be in US dollars, by
check. Please ensure you can accept
US dollar checks before joining
the Club. If your bank charges you
for handling US dollar checks, we
regret that we cannot be responsible
for those bank charges.
-
If the amount of commission is less
than $35 US, then the payment will
be carried over until the next quarter.
-
If a customer has been referred
from more than one site, commission
will only be paid to the most recent
referrer (the cookie is overwritten).
-
The Club account will at all times
show details of commissions due
and commissions paid to date, number
of click-throughs and downloads
resulting from referrals.
Bad Things:
Displaying the link on any site, which
at our discretion, is judged offensive
or likely to bring SLA disrepute.
Without limitation this includes sites
that:
-
Contain sexually explicit or any
indecent, obscene or clearly offensive
material
-
Promote any illegal activity
-
Promote violence
-
Promote discrimination
Other bad things include any other
methods of promotion, which in our
judgment is likely to bring SLA into
disrepute. Without limitation this
includes spamming the link url, and
any anonymous or unsolicited emailing
of the link url, and making any untrue
or misleading representations about
the SLA service or SLA.
